PRIVACY POLICY
1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Strong Massage™ is a trademark of Core Concepts Pte Ltd (herein referred to as Core Concepts). Core Concepts may collect information in several ways from different parts of our network of web sites (“the Sites"). Some personal information may be gathered when you register for an account or membership with us. Core Concepts may hold personal information about you, including your:

If you contact Core Concepts we may keep a record of that correspondence. Core Concepts also occasionally asks users to complete surveys that we use for research purposes. Wherever Core Concepts collects personal information we make an effort to include a reference or link to this Privacy Policy on that page.
2. USE OF INFORMATION
Personal information about you may be used by Core Concepts to provide support to you, to improve our marketing efforts, to improve our content and product offerings and to make the Sites more user-friendly or to serve you better. We may use your email address, your mailing address, and phone number to contact you regarding administrative notices, new product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the Sites. Information that we maintain about you and information from your current and past activities on the Sites, will be used in the event of disputes or troubleshooting.
Core Concepts may, from time to time, send you email regarding our products ad services. In addition, we may occasionally send you direct mail about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. On some types of Core Concepts promotions, we may ask for your email address in order to update you on your status. When you participate in these types of promotions, you automatically receive promotion-related email. Occasionally, these promotion-related email messages may include targeted advertisements.
3. SHARING AND USE OF INFORMATION
In general, Core Concepts will not disclose your personal information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or on a confidential basis to agents that we use in the ordinary operation of our business, such as for data processing, printing, mailing or debt collection.
Core Concepts may use personal information about you:

Business Partners & Sponsors: Core Concepts may disclose your personal information to business partners or sponsors, but this is specifically described to you prior to data collection or prior to transferring the data. Details of shared use can be found in specific Terms of Service or Use Agreements. Some or all data collected during a Core Concepts promotion may be shared with a sponsor. If personally identifying data about you will be shared, we will tell you before we collect or transfer the data.
Many promotions offer opportunities to request additional information from sponsors. By requesting more information, you give Core Concepts permission to transfer your personal information to the sponsor so they can fulfill your request. In many instances, only your email address will be shared. If more information will be shared with the sponsor, you will be notified prior to the transfer.
Core Concepts may also disclose account information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating Core Concepts’s Terms of Service or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Core Concepts’s rights or property, other Core Concepts users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Core Concepts may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.
At any time, you may opt out of receiving any communications from Core
Concepts (other than as required for the operation of Core Concepts’s
business, e.g. regarding payment of your account).

Core Concepts may, from time to time, use cookies on its Sites to store
and sometimes track information about you. A cookie is a small amount of
data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your
computer's hard drive. The use of cookies may involve the collection of
personal information about you, including your habits when accessing parts
of the Sites and any personal information you provide.
You can prevent this collection of information by disabling your web browser
from accepting cookies. This will not prevent you from accessing the Sites,
however it may prevent you from utilising all features in the Website.
CORE CONCEPTS' POLICY ON ALLOWING YOU TO UPDATE, CORRECT OR DELETE YOUR PERSONNALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online ?for example on message boards, through email, or in chat areas - that information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or any account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you're online.
This policy represents Core Concepts’s privacy policy as at 1 December 2003. Core Concepts may change this policy from time to time. Although Core Concepts intends to observe this policy at all times, it is not legally binding on Core Concepts in any way.
